back to my roots

I hadn’t had beef for 14 years. Within last few weeks I was listening to the recordings of the Weston Price 2008 conference and started contemplating on the idea of coming back to my roots. Today we bought some beef from happy cows at the Amish Market and I made my first meet stock.
