friends connection

Keep loosing connection and recently found again my old friend. This photo was taken…when?! 26 years ago?! Oh no, we are not that old… She married Holmes, I married Watson, and we moved as far away as possible (in the opposite directions) from the city of our youth.

doing nothing day

The hardest part of recovering from RSI (repetitive strain injury) is to learn how to rest without feeling guilty of doing nothing… and accept the incapacity as my poor arms’ scream for help… and the best thing I can do to let them heal is DO NOTHING.

natural stress relief

Recommended to those who can not afford to have a dog or a cat due to a busy schedule or allergy. While dreaming about adopting a little dog (possibly Maltese, Yorkshire, or Westie) some day, hamster is my best furry friend right now. Also this is the only pet I can lift an hold in my hands ;)

getting out

Metaphorically speaking, I feel exactly like this hamster. I got my head out of the cage but still have to put lots of effort to reach my freedom. While battling my pain, I lost too much strength in my arms… Now, proper physical therapy should get me back on track within next 2-3 month.

TOS

Thoracic Outlet Syndrome makes life a bit sad and painful. I am not going to dwell on it though and will keep doing what ever it takes to get well and be happy.
